I started training with Nelsi Gracia 5 years ago!

I decided to train with Nelsi because I wanted to get on stage, have a healthy life, know my body, learn how to eat better , learn to do exercises well, reaffirm my discipline and more!

Before having trained with Nelsy, my body was very inflamed, I was always tired, I had no balance, I was skinny with a belly, my skin was duller and I had little hair!

Where will our training sessions be held?
We will come to your apartment gym or facility of your choice. Many of our clients workout at Solace Gym in Murray Hill or 720 Strength Gym in Lower East Side.
How frequently should I train?
Your training frequency will depend on your goal, lifestyle and current fitness level. We’ll help you determine an ideal schedule during our free jump-start session.
How soon will I see results?
With Goat Year Training, you can expect to see noticeable results in as little as six weeks. Commit to the program and you will get those compliments.
Do I have to pay for a gym membership?
No. If you do not have access to a gym, then we will cover your access fees when you come to one of our partnered facilities.
